Deja Blu Variety Dance Band specializes in Weddings. Not only are we an experienced and professional wedding dance band - we know how to bring the fun! My name is Liz and I am the manager and lead singer of this very talented wedding band. Think of me as your personal wedding reception coordinator. My goal is to give you a stress free wedding night - one that you and your guests will remember for many years to come. Our music appeals to all ages. From 20-70 years old - we will have them all out on the dance floor with our extensive play list filled with 5 decades of the best dance music. We all sing and with male/female lead singers, we got you covered. We receive so many compliments on the variety of dance music we perform. We can provide live music for the cocktail/dinner hour with sets of instrumentals and/or light vocals. If you would like to add a bit of sizzle - we can expand the band to a 6-piece with a sax/flute player.
I have years of experience and can act as your Emcee for the night. I will meet with the Bride and Groom in the months prior to the wedding reception. Together, we will work through all of the details, such as song preferences and any special requests with your thoughts and wishes in mind. I will then develop a timeline for the night. At the wedding reception, I work closely with the venue coordinator or your wedding planner, the catering staff, and other vendors to make sure everything runs flawlessly. Once you enter the reception, sit back and enjoy YOUR special night. Leave everything else to me.

Lite Blu ~
Designed for those looking for more of a simple dance party. The band will arrive 2 hours before your guests do, set up and offer up a night of great music.
Includes
- Up to 4 hours of live music performed by Deja Blu.
- Break music played over our PA system. Genre of music will be customized to your tastes and downloaded to our IPOD.
- Sound and Lights provided. We own our top of the line JBL sound system and two racks of professional lighting.
- The use of our wireless microphone for toasts/roasts during your event.
Royal Blu ~
Our most requested package, the Royal Blu is designed for those looking for more of a full wedding reception package. This package can be customized and priced to exactly what you are looking for and stay within your budget.
Includes
- Up to 2 hours of cocktail/dinner hour music (pre-recorded on IPOD). Live music is available for a small additional cost.
- Up to 3 hours of live music performed by Deja Blu.
- Break music played over our PA system. Genre of music will be customized to your tastes and downloaded to our IPOD.
- Sound and lights provided - We own our top of the line JBL sound system and two racks of professional lights.
- Our soundman will be on premise the entire night to ensure the volume level of the band and overall sound is perfect for the room. He will assist you with whatever you may need while the band is up on stage performing live.
- The band will learn up to two special requests for songs not currently on our play list.
- Reception Coordination Liz will work with you and your venue coordinator months prior to and the day of to review logistics, draft a timeline and offer suggestions to make the night go smoothly. Liz will review our current play list with you and help you pick your favorite songs that you will want to hear throughout the night.
- Liz will emcee the reception ensuring that everything goes according to what you envision.
- The use of our wireless microphone for toasts/announcements.
- Deja Blu is independently managed and carries liability insurance through Marsh Insurance.

Pricing: Wedding Band for Hire
Please call Liz today for a free 1/2 hour consultation. Pricing is based on factors such as the number of hours requested for live music and pre-recorded, the venue location, travel time, the package options you desire and logistics of arrival and load into the venue. We offer discounted rates for Winter Season (November–April).
